We use a combination of DPD Local, Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our deliveries. Delivery time for Free postage is normally 2-5 days and may be more if an item is out of stock or is a special order. (*Free delivery is to UK Mainland only and excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands)

We offer Free delivery on orders to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland for orders over £200. And orders going to the Channel Islands are free over £300.

When Will My Order be Sent?

Orders placed before 1pm are usually despatched same day if they are in stock. If we have run out of stock of a particular item in your order then it is normally with us the following day and then sent out to you. Should there be any further delays we will contact you accordingly.

EU / International Shipping

We are able to ship to most EU Countries, and around the world. Most countries within the EU are set up to show a price on eBay. Outside of the EU please contact us for a shipping quote.

We will review all postage costs when the order comes through to us and should there be any issues we will contact you accordingly. Most international delivery is between 3-7 working days but can be longer. If you are unsure please contact us and we can provide a quote and estimated delivery time.

For international delivery Bolt Bikes cannot be held responsible for any taxes or charges occurred from the import of your order, for more information please contact your country's custom office.

Canary Islands - Please note this is not included in the postage option to mainland Spain. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing as it can very considerably.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, whether it is the wrong size, wrong style, or not as expected you are able to return your order to us within 6 0 days of delivery. We are happy to provide an exchange or full refund of the products you send back to us.
Please note the product must be in original, undamaged, re-saleable condition with all tags / stickers / packaging intact. A used helmet is not possible to be returned unless the helmet has developed a manufacturing fault.
If a helmet comes with a additional visor, this must not be removed from its packaging until you are happy with the fit of the helmet and are going to keep the helmet.
Items returned must be securely packaged and labels must not be stock to the product packaging and only to outer packaging.
If any of these terms are not met we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 30% or we may refuse to accept the return back.
